It’s not easy to describe a NOA | AON event, except to say it’s like a microcosm spiritual retreat inside of six hours. You will breathe, you will dance... you will meditate. Friends will be made. Breakthroughs might be had. You may or may not try methylene blue, but it will almost certainly start with one of their signature (temporary) tattoo rituals.
The event’s ringmaster is NOA | AON founder Pavel Stuchlik, a Czech-born entrepreneur-turned-DJ who healed himself from chronic fatigue and depression using natural means. “I was done,” says Stuchlik, who decided to make a major change and became a dedicated student of all types of modalities. “I spent fifteen years traveling the world meeting the most sought-after teachers, shamans, leaders, gurus, and masters like Wim Hof.” Stuchlik’s big breakthrough came when he spent ten days fasting in complete darkness. “I walked in there as a busy entrepreneur, but by day seven, I had a breakdown and started crying.” Then came a state of bliss that he took forward to to teh new business he would create bringing emotional breakthroughts to the masses.
“NOA means movement, and AON stands for ‘all or none’,” explains Stuchlik. The title is an anagram and symbolizes duality. “There are good days and bad. Ying and yang,” he says. “But the goal is to get into a state of harmony. He leads event-goers on a journey that includes breathwork, mediation, and Talum-worthy beats he churns out from behind his digital turntables. The sound is perfectly calibrated and sometimes piped through wireless headsets, allowing users to choose the volume.
For those uninitiated to breathwork, it’s a great first experience. For those who are dedicated fans of the practice, there are enough levels of interest to merit coming out for a NOA | AON event. And it’s getting easier and easier to find one as he and his partner Daniell Kling, aka “Fairy,” host over 150 events a year, including the System Reset.
The System Reset is a live, guided event in which Stuchlik uses breathwork to take people into alternate states of consciousness. “We made it fun; we have instrumentalists, drummers, singers, and performances. It’s a full-blown production. We’ve developed a system that really works. It’s a great environment for people to have a massive shift in a very short period of time. Indeed, NOA | AON’s System Reset sets the stage for interactions with new people. Something about the group experience, deep oxygenation, and dancing like nobody’s looking melts barriers between people. That’s by design, says Stuchlik, “These events are a great place to connect and socialize without the need for drugs or alcohol.”
The NOA | AON System Reset is designed to reboot the brain as you would your computer. To clear any bugs running in the background. Can meaningful change take place in just a few hours? Stuchlik thinks so. “You can get that initial crack in the egg,” he says. In other words, more work may yet need to be done, but the blinders come off.
Interestingly, the System Reset invitations cheekily guarantee “a breakthrough or your money back.” GW asked Stuchlick if anyone ever did. “No, that hasn’t happened. But every once in a while, some people aren’t quite ready for this. If there is a lot of trauma coming out through this deep work, sometimes people have a harder time.”
Next time you want to experience a breathwork breakthrough, you know where to go.
